Our Testimonials

In Their Own Words: Testimonials That Tell Our Story!

As a Mental Health Key Worker with Primacy Care my role is to support clients to build capacity in their chosen NDIS goals. One of my favourite parts of the job is developing an honest and genuine working relationship with my participants, which allows me to address their wants and needs in a way that is personalised and authentic to them. Because each participant is so unique, no two days are ever the same, and I love the novelty that this brings to my job each day. Supporting participants to engage in what is meaningful for them and bearing witness to the lasting positive change in their lives as a result, is an experience that I feel privileged to be a part of.

Joel Gundry

Working at primacy care for the past two years has been a really challenging, fun and rewarding experience. It's been wonderful to meet lots of different and interesting people. I have been able to build strong relationships and trust that allows me to encourage and push participants to reach their goals. It's a great feeling to watch participants engage in activities that were previously outside of their comfort zone. At these times you can see how much happiness and pride that brings participants. I have learned a lot working within wider care teams and the power of collaboration when supporting people with complex mental health.
